"That's right, humans -- Engadget has its very own Nexus One. You've seen leaked pics and videos from all over, but we're the first publication to get our very own unit, and we plan on giving you guys the full story on every nook and cranny of this device. In case you've been living under a rock, here's the breakdown of the phone. The HTC-built and (soon to be) Google-sold device runs Android 2.1 atop a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU, a 3.7-inch, 480 x 800 display, has 512MB of ROM, 512MB of RAM, and a 4GB microSD card (expandable to 32GB)."

It's so adorabibble! It looks like it's happy to make me toast! It's SMILING at me! (Hmm... is this the toaster from the Heart of Gold?)
- Ladybug Heather
I wonder, did Disney ever make a "Brave Little Toaster" toaster?

I actually would like to own one of these.

However, one needs to consider the "crumbage" if used at one's desk. (Said he who was known as much for his coffee stained working reports as for the brilliance of his analysis... and perhaps moreso the former.)

Looks like a printer? Funny-looking printer. I first thought it looked like a desk lamp. :) Very cool either way.

What it looks like to me: It's a robot that pukes toast. *edit* not a bad thing, really

Is this built by Google? Or did someone hack this together? They said it wasn't ready for standalone use on the announcement the other day...

"Researchers were conducting a study comparing the views of men in their 20s who had never been exposed to pornography with regular users. But their project stumbled at the first hurdle when they failed to find a single man who had not been seen it. “We started our research seeking men in their 20s who had never consumed pornography,” said Professor Simon Louis Lajeunesse. “We couldn't find any.” Although hampered in its original aim, the study did examined the habits of those young men who used pornography – which would appear to be all of them."

"Single men watched pornography for an average of 40 minutes, three times a week, while those in relationships watched it 1.7 times a week for around 20 minutes. The study found that men watched pornography that matched their own image of sexuality, and quickly discarded material they found offensive or distasteful. Headline is a bit misleading. This was an attempt to study 20 men, which were to be divided in two groups, porn-watchers and non-porn-watchers, and they simply couldn't find any to fit in the second group. Doesn't sound like they surveyed thousands of men.
- Louis Simoneau
"All men watch porn." ...although we only studied men in their 20s, we'll go ahead and assume that they represent men of all ages. Good call.

I did that, but I was heading vertical, school had a vaulted ceiling and I went running, stepped on a chair right were it dropped, on impact both shoes fell off, one hit a guy in the face.

If I weren't afraid of going right through the wall, I'd probably still try that. I know I would have done that (and did similar things quite often) when I was much younger.

This is still superb this morning after. :-)

If I did that, first the wall would collapse, and then the floor. (So, you see, it's not that I *couldn't*... I just choose not to, for the protection of others.)

You're right. I don't have the guts...and I'm proud of that.

"While most of us use Twitter and other social media for sharing what we’re doing (or indeed “What’s happening“) some use it to tell stories. Let’s take a look at some of the ways social media can be used to tell a tale, from serialised novels to a multimedia approach."
