Can we please ask sites like Friendfeed to format our plurks properly? I guess it's probably due to a lack of API, but I do want more people to see how cute Plurk is with its embedded photos/videos and linked text. :(
And it would be quite useful if each plurk were linked to its page... - Rodrigo
all plurk have a static page and link dont they? - Mich D.
I mean on its FF update - Rodrigo
sry m8, was watching with mini live feed, clipped part of message, your right would be much smoother that way - Mich D.
Plurks on FF still suck. They get cut off when you post URLs and the updates therefore don't make sense. Fix this please. - Sophia Lucero
Blame the A-Team. They don't want others to build apps for Plurk, Developers are hesitant to develop for Plurk as any changes could potentially break their programs. - RK

You're on fire, Dave, and absolutely right on. Imagine if someone bought FriendFeed and decided to just pull the plug -- holy cow, can you say uproar? - Jared Smith
What needs to get back on the table is to make this social contract explicit. Sites want our attention and effort in return for effecting change in our life, there is an implicit contract. When they shut down on us and leave us in the lurch, they broke that end of the contract and we have a right to want satisfaction from that. - Dave Slusher
And also, thank you very much. Every so often I get my string pulled, and this has done it. - Dave Slusher
Dead on, Dave. I was actually going to make a comment along these lines on mike's thread, but you beat me to it, and filled it out well. The whole "it's free you can't complain" meme is BS. As you said, WE created part of the value that got Rael acquired. That's nice for him, but to just immediately turn around and shut down a service you DESIGNED as "my personal assistant" is irresponsible. Of course, I've come to expect nothing less from Twitter. They're free to shut it off; we're free to bitch about it. - Ken Kennedy

FriendFeed adds support for Plurk and Identi.ca - http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r...
Interesting (perhaps) that this post has shown up on FF but is not appearing for me on GReader yet - Matt Hooper
Matt, for some reason GReader has been really slow again with indexing the Inquisitr feed, no idea why (and its a Feedburner feed) - Duncan Riley
Amazing. FF imports 43 services now. - Dennis Bjørn Petersen from twhirl
Duncan yes - I remember you querying the speed with which the feeds show up a few weeks ago.. - Matt Hooper
That was fast! LOL - Mona Nomura
43 services is not nearly as amazing as the amount of discussion here on FF. Lifestream.fm is up to 58 services, btw. - Hao Chen
Ugh... boo to Plurk!!! (even though I use it sometimes) - Louie
