@hiway Imagine a future where everyone starts condoning piracy and it gains acceptance as the right thing to do. Would you own any then?
@hiway That may be true (in the broader sense) but there’s no question that reading a pirated book is stealing and it’s wrong.
@hiway Clearly, you’re not buying a Kindle anytime soon. I would’ve bought it if the damned thing wasn’t so expensive.
@vsr @hiway That’s what they invented libraries for. You can also borrow it from your friends. Piracy is the worst solution.
@hiway That’s the reason I wrote that article: I want people to have it in their conscious that it IS stealing. It’s not right.
@hiway But someone purchased it, right? If piracy wasn’t an option, most would buy and some would borrow. But now everyone just steals.

@marcoarment My Dell UltraSharp 3008WFP has no bright blue LEDs, a reliable power button, great IPS panel, USB hub, card reader, the works.
@marcoarment And a matte display. (Sorry for making it sound like an ad but I hadn’t expected it to be quite so awesome.)
Nothing makes piracy right - [My thoughts on @chetan_bhagat and the whole #chetanblocks melodrama.] As... http://aayush.me/post...
@ahmedhussain Wow, that was uncalled for. Is he mentioning the guy in his tweets? He isn’t. How’s arguing in his favour sucking up to him?
@marcoarment And the flexible cantilever arm (tilt, pan and height adjustment) is the best one I’ve ever seen: http://www.dell.com/us....
@hiway If tangibility was the deciding factor, no software developer would ever be paid for his work. What you’re saying is patently lame.
@hiway It IS stealing. If consumers do not pay the author of a book to read his story, how do you expect the author to earn?
@operian @yashrg This is what it was all about: http://aayush.me/post.... (It’s buried between an opinionated essay though.)
@hiway Oh c’mon, that’s a ridiculous argument. When you pay for it and watch a movie in a theatre, there’s nothing tangible involved there.
@Prism7 For daily consumption, Cadbury is the best. My wallet can only bear the weight of so many chocolates.
Apparently, no one eats chocolates in Noida. No general store in my area (Sector 49) sells Cadbury chocolates. Unbelievable!
@samarth84 Thanks. I know about Remote. I needed a Mac app to do the same thing and I found it—it’s Bowtie.
http://twitpic.com/sfs17 Has anyone ever seen this Google “Sorry…” page before? I was just doing a regular search when it popped up.

It’s confirmed: embedded QuickTime movies don’t play in Safari when using Google’s DNS servers. Reverted to the automatically assigned set.
@bikalpapaudel So you use @plexapp as well, huh? It’s good to see it catching on.
@Teucher Aaand…it worked. @Teucher saves the day yet again.
@bikalpapaudel I found it—it’s Bowtie. @goobimama had even mentioned it once but I had forgotten about it.
@chrisherbert1 Yes, and that’s what I settled on. Thank you.
@chaitanyaadg I liked the Wet Floor theme better but, yeah, Bowtie is what I was looking for. Thanks. I’ll find some more themes for it.
@chaitanyaadg Thanks. Doe it allow you to increase the size of that icon? Will it just work like a desktop icon? Can it be made fancier?
@chaitanyaadg CD Original is an awesome theme, by the way: http://macthemes2.net/forum.... And so is Pins: http://macthemes2.net/forum....
@Teucher Next time I need a software recommendation, I’ll directly address it to you instead of bothering with the whole of Twitter. Thanks.
@bikalpapaudel No, I found the app I was looking for and it’s called Bowtie. GimmeSomeTune is still called GimmeSomeTune.
