That would be cool, Glen. Would like a .com for 2 years.

I tend to stick with Network Solutions. I have quite a few registered and I like to keep them all in the same place. Plus some other registrars I've used for other things didn't let me edit DNS and MX info or set up forwards like I wanted to and have done before. But they are more expensive, so maybe I'm just an idiot. So this isn't so much a recommendation as it is an admission of my stupidity.

$65 for two years for a .com on NetSol? That's crazy sauce!
- Alex Scoble
Ok, I've created a sale that runs through Friday — $7.99 per year for a .COM registration. You can register it for up to 10 years at that price.

Just FYI, that's my minimum price—I can't set prices lower than that. It includes new registrations, transfers, or renewals.

When you say it's working for you, you are actually getting to our wedding page on The Knot?
- Alex Scoble
Works here... Try OpenDNS if you can't get past caching issues. Or, try it anyway, it rocks.
- LogEx
My DNS is pointing to the right IP address, but the broadpool.com server isn't forwarding to the The Knot site like it should.

I just tried it here, and it forwarded properly to the wedding page. When I tried it before it went to a theknot.com info page, so looks good now.

Odd...it's working on IE and on Cassie's laptop, but not in Chrome.

if you use godaddy - put in code hash3, makes the domain $7 - i do not get anything on this - found it on a board like 2 yrs ago and still works - saves a lot when you renew a bunch of domains

Hey Alex...Check out WedQuarters.com. Don't know what they charge. A friend is using that site for her wedding next mo. They have the templates and everything. Her and her fiance's site is real cute etc. I know your an IT guy, may want try this route instead of doing the domain reg. thing, just a suggestion.
