10/10 but I thought the question about the government insurance plan was kind of tricky. No, there's no public option, but there is a temporary plan (the pre-existing condition insurance plan–PCIP) run either by the states or the feds (if the states don't want to run it) that offers insurance coverage until 2014 when the exchanges are supposed to kick in.

8/10 I got 3 and 4 wrong. Regarding 3, the plan doesn't cut benefits (I think coverage would be a better word since the plan does cut payments which I think essentially cuts the benefits)
