Probably pediatricians. And, perhaps surprisingly, hematologist-oncologists. And surgeons are generally optimistic about anything that requires slicing someone open and taking something out.

I have a follow-up on this tangent: have surgeons become more or less optimistic since the move to less invasive surgeries?

Heh, probably depending on the age of the surgeon. And whether or not it still requires a surgeon to do the procedure, or if interventional radiologists or invasive cardiologists can do them, too, now.
