Some how I find this very difficult to believe. A storm can blow through here and the power starts blinking on and off. They have a lot more work to do. I think maybe they meant to say that they cut costs by cutting corners.

Consumes will want the device and then return it when they find out how bad the battery is going to be due to the greed of Apple. They want to be able to replace the batteries themselves, like in all their other devices. Just another means of revenue for Apple.

He should get several years, for killing a puppy, an innocent creature not capable of fighting back. People who do these things end up killing people later on. Put him up against a wall and send him on his way to the next life.

I can see it now. You can port your number to them, but when you get tired of their crap, and try to port away, they will not release the number to you, and it will either go back to the ILEC, or to the local provider they work with in the area.

I can see Apple making it where the phone "phones" home some how, in secret if it is jailbroken, and then they expect some kind of fee or something because you broke whatever kind of restrictions they want to place on their device.

They keep "pledging" to prevent such payments in the future, and yet it continues to happy. This is to try to get it out there before the public outrage begins.

You could not pay me to touch this. The FDA should have been doing their jobs. If they don't do anything, we need to at least cut the F out of the DA. The part that bugged me the most was when the guy said consumers are pretty much on their own (he said something along those lines).

Regardless of if the assets had anything to do with the fraud, if he is found guilty, his personal assets should be used to attempt to repay the money he's stolen.
