@chasingphoto I never did a commercial for Snow Leopard. In fact I think I'm the only tech journalist who said to go slow on the upgrade.
No, you weren't. Here's a big tip: most of us Mac users that aren't constantly swimming in the tech world but rather use our machines day in and day out for work (I'm a journalist/photographer), always, always, always wait a good long time before we upgrade so the major bugs get worked out. It's just common sense. As a result, I've never had a problem upgrading. Ever.
