My week has been good so far, I really enjoyed the practicals so far especially the microbiology practical. I liked the fact we were looking at live bacteria under the microscope. I think thay both the microbiology practical and lectures have really taught me how science is applied in the real world and it seems that there are lots of different careers to go into by having a microbiology degree. - Ayan Dirir

Really enjoyed the lecture on genetic fingerprinting i thought it was very informative but at the same time fun.
