""Any vegetarian or any human should be taking a multivitamin" Er, no, any vegetarian or any human should eat a balanced diet! If you have to take supplements you need to take a good hard look at your diet and also make sure you're not suffering from any medical condition which inhibits the absorption of vitamins or minerals!" - Alex Prichard

“I've heard a lot of people complaining about FriendFeed's remote key system; why do you like/dislike it?”

Personally I love it. Better than using your password (for security issues) and easy to remember (they aren't completely gibberish). OAuth would be nice but this is a good compromise (especially for ease of development, nothing is easier than Basic Auth). - Benjamin Golub
I don't like being on the go, pulling up fftogo.com and having to remember that my remote key to login. I would much rather have ANOTHER login for fftogo that stores my remote key than to remember that key everytime I want to check my FF - Aaron Myers
fftogo should remember your nick/key but for some reason has issues with some people/phones; I haven't been able to track down the problem. But I think the vast majority of users remain logged in. - Benjamin Golub
I don't mind it at all. Sure, it'd be nice to set my own but I tend to hang out directly on friendfeed.com so I don't have to fuss with it too often. - Akiva Moskovitz
I don't believe that my BlackBerry keeps my settings. - Aaron Myers
i like it. FFToGo always worked well on my iPhone. - felix
My BB does not remember login detaiIs for FFTOGO, but it has real problems recalling any cookies across sessions (even though it accepts them). It is something to do with Vodafone's frigged up transcoding service (which you can't switch off). Given incompetence at the net ops i wouldn't assume that all phones can accept cookies. That said there isn't a better solution... :-( - Alex Gawley
As a test I've just wiped all sessions from the database and toned down the session age (in case some phones are just rejecting long sessions for some reason). - Benjamin Golub
Don't know that I'd go so far as to profess my love for it, but am definitely fine with it. The keys seems to have been designed with mnemonics in mind and my phone does store it for mail2ff. - Robert Seidman
it's the way authentication on api-using apps should be handled. Imho it's quite ridiculous that for example twitter still uses the password for this regarding how important the api is to them. - marcel weiss
I like the use of a key (might prefer OAuth or similar though) but I wish it was easier to find my key. - Andy Murdoch
I like the use of the remote key from a security point of view but hate that I can never remember it and can never find it (unless the requesting site links straight to it). However, it would be nice if you could set it to something you could actually remember (no such thing as 'not gibberish' for all!). - Alex Prichard

“I recently discovered Hayman & Hill Meritage which is a blend of merlot, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, petite verdot, and malbec. Are there any other blends like this one that I should look for? ”

I like using Cellartracker a lot when looking for recommendations on wine. It's great because you not only get input from experts, but from everyday people as well. - Bradley Preuss
Anything from Bordeaux may work - tends to be Cab Sav/Merlot blends - although St Emilion & Pomerol will (most likely) be merlot only. - Alex Prichard
