How long do we fight nature? And honestly, I don't remember riptides being such an issue when I was a kid... was I naive or are they more common? - Annie Boccio via Bookmarklet
Hey, at least it's not hypodermic needles. That was a fun summer, I'll bet. - Rick Wolff

namecheap, people - Aaron Brazell
I assumed that ".me" was not yet a domain base (there's a name for it), though it might have been assigned to a country. It could be if Apple wants to shell out money for it, sometime next year. In the meantime, Apple grabbed "me.com". Have I heard wrong? - Rick Wolff
Aaaah, Montenegro! In the former Yugoslavia. Apple will have to buy the whole country. And ".me" is its ccLTD. - Rick Wolff

I've been doing the same thing, twitter is useless for me if I follow more than around 300 so I only follow back people I recognize and either talk to or find some other value from. Same here in FF and other socnets. Flattered to be followed, but don't be surprised if I don't follow back- better yet, converse with me and I'll likely add you! (by the way I dropped Geoff Livingston months ago :), same reasons. ) - Annie Boccio via Bookmarklet
Annie, I was just mentioning that I really should cut back. That's going to allow me to be more attentive to those still on the list. - Todd Jordan
I fairly regularly cull twitterers I find myself uninterested in. At first it felt like it was some kind of personal slight, but then I realised that I was deleting them precisely because it wasn't personal - there was no personal interaction at all :) - Steve Lawson via twhirl
