Если ты с фондом - то все к фонду, понятно. Если сам - то первый вопрос, будет ли офис. Если не будет - нужен юр.адрес. По моему опыту, правильно идти в ТАРП. Они же и регистрацию сделают. Юристы там плохие, документы за ними нужно 10 раз проверять, устав лучше кому-то еще показать, или самому погружаться в дебри. В любом случае, чтобы сделать нормальный устав, нужно понять, чего хочется с партнерами достичь, как выстроить с ними отношения. самое простое - ООО с упрощенной системой налогообложения. Для компании, продающей услуги в большинстве случаев подходит ООО с налогом на доходы 6%. Если вынести на аутсорс бухгалтерию и юр.поддержку - не проблема, то проблемы сферы ответственности и распределение долей - самая засадная часть. Вот с нее обычно и начинаются неприятности. Налоговый кодекс читать полезно (и гражданский тоже), но долго. Нужны какие-то короткие вводные, которые дают какую-то основу, а потом уже разводят по подробностям. I have half a dozen friends who are or were Army interrogators, and none of them are trained to torture anyone. There IS a psychological component, of course, but BS like waterboarding is nowhere in any manual or course other than as examples of what NOT to EVER do. There is overwhelming evidence to support the belief that torture committed by the Bush 43 administration, as at Abu Ghraib, has been real. There is absolutely no evidence to support the speculation that stories of torture are merely a form of psychological warfare. It's interesting, by the way, that nearly all the pro-torture ringleaders among the Bush 43 neoconservatives are closely allied with Israel's Likud Party and rely heavily on Israeli policies on these matters as an inspiration for their own policies.
