Hmm. If we can trust the knowledge of masses, there are many forum entries on LiPo and LiIon battery chargers, telling nominal charge voltage is 4.2V and recommended maximum charge current is 1C (300mAh)... Then, USB with 5V and 500mA will be sufficient.
