Melbourne's public transit is really extensive, but damn is it hard for a tourist to figure out how to navigate the system.

The kangaroo I ate last night was quite good, but it was over a salad with way too much dressing. Eat kangaroo if you get a chance though.

I've been in Melbourne for only a few hours and someone has already asked me for directions.
The only American I met went to Duke and we immediately lept into ACC rivalry mode. This fully confused the Euros and Aussies.
After a few nights in short hostel beds and days in a cramped bus I'm thankful for my giant bed tonight.

Climbed the tallest mountain in Australia this morning. It takes about 90 minutes after the chair lift part of the way there
