For writing stories, reports, spec sheets, planning and organizing events; Any thing that has more then one person working on it and is text based could benefit from Google Wave. a fresh install of Kubuntu is proving to be much nicer then adding 'kubuntu-desktop' to an Ubuntu 9.10 install
dent'ing from Kubuntu 9.10 and enjoying things more then openSUSE but then I know deb-based distros much better
the Kubuntu 9.10 installer looks great and is very nice to use
