random google docs frustrations: bullets - they work for an existing block of text, but don't try and add or edit a bulleted list #gdocsfail
continuing google docs adventures - big crash - no work lost (good), need to copy & past to a text editor to remove crazy formating (bad)
<CTRL><SPACE> - clear formatting - my new best friend
oh joy - have now discovered that google docs auto-numbering is as infuriating as MS Word. I can't understand why it is so hard to do this?
