Switched to Google Chrome. Too soon to tell but it feels fast (not that Firefox felt slow to me). I'm more excited about not losing the whole browser when 1 tab goes down

Unexpected favorite feature so far: Chrome always puts the tabs in the right place and goes back to the tab I expect it to after closing one.

I'm wondering why you didn't switch earlier. It's the best and most convenient browser ever. If we ignore the fact that it still lacks on XML/RSS support.

there certainly are things that chrome ought to have but doesn't. What I like best about it is what it should not have and doesn't.

Love the bookmark syncing too (if you are using the dev build). Learning to use bookmarklets more as well.

David: I didn't switch earlier because I use a lot of bookmarks and they didn't work very well in Chrome for Mac. Bookmarklets didn't work at all. I still can' move around bookmarks in the toolbar which frustrates me but things are pretty much set the way I like
