Challenge: finding #CraftBeer at a #mnwild game.
Des Moines: 42nd/University Ave Hy Vee has a case each of @GooseIsland Bramble Rye and Lolita. Limit 1 bottle/customer.
RT @MikeBGP: Brewery closings: no trend here folks http://appellationbeer.com/blog...
RT @billybroas: 10 Different Types of Beer Reviews http://billybrew.com/10-beer... Links to all sorts of ways beer is described online. #craftbeer
I'm using Evernote to organize all my random scribblings and recipes for #homebrew. So I'm tagging each beer with the proper BJCP category.
General consensus seems to be that a German Gose falls within BJCP Category 23. Thanks everyone! #homebrew
Alright BJCP folk, in what category might one consider placing a German Gose? #homebrew #craftbeer

RT @Brewkkake: Either Anonymous took down @BeerAdvocate or the brothers forgot to replace the D batteries in the Speak-n-Spell they use for a server.
Very happy to see my #homebrew cider fermenting steadily. I suppose I need to learn more patience. It's a nervous 12-18 hours until bubbles.
Cracking one last @GooseIsland Bourbon County Coffee Stout while I compose my thoughts for a @beergenome review. http://twitter.com/JasonBG...

It's been 10 hours since I pitched yeast starter into the cider, but there still isn't any activity. No bubbles from the blowoff. #homebrew
Dark Horse 2010 Plead the Fifth RIS and a sugar cookie. Decadent desert! Smoky & sweet–thanks @zippsbeer for the bottle http://twitter.com/JasonBG...
It's all in the carboy. 5gal apple juice, 4# dark brown sugar, 1# maple syrup. @WhiteLabs WLP 775 (English cider yeast). OG 1.083 #homebrew
Hey #homebrew friends who've made cider: I'm reading on forums that people boil the brown sugar with some apple juice. Is boiling necessary?
Update: Ankeny Hy Vee now sold out of Bramble, still plenty of Lolita. Other stores to receive Bramble next week.
Dropping acid. With which to improve the cider of course. http://twitter.com/MikeBGP...
Stopped by @northern_brewer today & got @whitelabs English cider yeast. Now prepping 5gal apple juice, brown sugar, maple syrup. #homebrew
Can you hop a cider? I'm not entirely sure why you would, but maybe someone has had success in doing that? #homebrew

MN Clean Pint Makes its Return http://www.aperfectpint.net/blog... by @aperfectpint
I'm very happy to see breweries launching in MSP almost weekly, but I predict Adam Smith's "Invisible Hand" will definitely arrive as well.
RT @asselint: What do we think #homebrew friends: is my Scottish infected in the secondary? http://twitter.com/asselin...
RT @zippsbeer: FYI - #Hopslam pricing - $16.49/6pk. 10% case discount = $59.36/case. NO LIMIT. No holding, either. See you Monday!
RT @JzossTheJournal: Had a conversation this morning that suggested there could be 3 more as-yet unannounced microbreweries coming to #Minneapolis. #mnbeer
Anyone headed to @NBrewerMSP for the event with Mike Hoops of @THBrewery? Starts at 1. https://t.co/L19WtbuG
