Self-spam? Colleague CC'd himself on an Outlook email. Outlook put his email into its spam folder.
So is it Outlook's fault or simply the mail server you guys are using i.e. Exchange/Google Apps? - Atul Arora

It's a safety precaution, I've recieved emails selling watches supposedly sent from my email account and had several friends have this occur also. - Jimminy

Presumably Outlook should attempt an SPF lookup to see if the sender is allowed to send from the domain, but Outlook might not be that smart and assumes you'd never email yourself legitmately. - Mark Trapp
