Excellent. Many points worthy of discussion, this one in particular - "designing a system that utilizes inherent social behavior to recognize and reward a different approach is more likely to result in change". How do large enterprises go about determining and documenting that inherent social behavior, and actually get it right? I think this is the primary challenge to both implementing and promoting for adoption enterprise 2.0 concepts. - Jody Carbone
