"All alcohol is a cheat. Tequilla being the "best" of them. From what I understand the distillation of mosts alcohol gets rid of the gluten but in general they are all still pretty bad. FWIW I stick to mostly Red Wine, a little bit of tequila now and then (usually when I want to get a good drink on) and the odd hard Cider. On the cider front, read the labels, Strongbow adds a lot of Glucose. I like to find something that has one ingredient, Cider! It is out there but they vary by location."
