You know my take on this. Use web standards, some data standards and keep your data discoverable. That is the global virtual library. We don't have to agree on it. Just need to do it - Deepak Singh
Agree with Deepak, very strongly. Open standards, not "One Repository to Rule Them All" is what is needed. It'll become a choke point for innovation; open standards let you build multilayered services with decentralized innovation. - Michael Nielsen
