@WindowsObserver It does help to have the compaitble hardware on-hand. Some just don't know how to dicifer the compatible.

@WindowsObserver But he did want me to install his new CD/DVD combo drive since I have the entire laptop pretty much naked.
@WindowsObserver Actually it was semi-successful. The motherboard a customer provided me with did not match the specs (physical).

Found out that the motherboard a customer gave me can't fit. Wow very decieving piece of hardware. Looks like the it can fit, but can't. =)
@JohnSchettino =) Some people differ in their response to this.
Removed aluminum sheilding for the bottom of the motherboard.
