GPS Logger works great. Lots of features and probably just what you're looking for. And, it doesn't use data, just the internal GPS, so it will work if you get into an area with no wireless coverage.

Another BB program I have began to like a lot is BlackStar (GPS geocaching program for Blackberry) http://kayak-okanaganvalleybc.ning.com/forum...
One of my favorite BB apps "GyPSii" http://tinyurl.com/l29ysq I use it when I am out kayaking. Take a pic and map it right away online (Providing I am in a service area) My BB Curve has GPS who would of thought 20yrs ago. LOL progress happens!
