Akila is going home, finally!

Why is everybody "liking" those longish sentences on Facebook? After I read the first two words, I lose interest. :-|.

In the After-iPad era, I have had no inclination to get here. Irony!

This is a "Thank-you-speech". I'd like to thank Krishna Prakash for getting me an iPad. For real! A few status messages ago... he remembered! *teary eyed* *cuts the drama and exits the stage to run to her iPad*.

Feelin' good!

As much as I love reading books the old style, I want an iPad just to read e-books. Will even settle for a Sony e-reader or an Amazon Kindle. Anyone willing to be that nice to me?

Last couple of days in Chicago. Will miss this beautiful place!

Akila is living in a beautiful city, yet staying at home for the weekend to study. Oh, the joy of being a medico. x-(.

There is something really beautiful about plain and simple things. Vanilla, for instance!

Tired.

Its awesome to be living all alone in Gangsta City! The fact that I am ridiculously hungry all the time is another thing altogether.

Its raining. The wherever-I-go-I-bring-rain pattern just continues.

After flight delays and heaps of air-sickness, here I am. Happy to kickstart some studying!

I have beautiful friends who wish me well, a family that's a delight and a boyfriend who is perfection. More importantly, a life that has taught me the importance of love. *touchwood* See ya, from the other end of the world! ;).

Happy moments are like brown m&ms. Plenty if you find someone who'll eat the other coloured ones for you.

Feeling fat. :| I know its only going to get worse. :-S.
