"Hmm. I'm not convinced that corporations will spend the money for fast track. Unless there is potential infringement, why hurry? It's just going to be added to the cross-license stack.  Getting rid of best mode is crazy. This will allow inventors to play hide the ball. In fact, I would expect most inventors to disclose only worst mode. The public lost big on this one. :-(" - Brent Logan
