Nice to know the legs are still strong after Xterra Trail run this past Sunday. Just did 11 on the trails. New shoes fit like a glove.
I chose trails over crowds and Eddie Aikau today. My daughter is there and I am getting updates. I heard on line video is pretty great.
Great post race dinner with Missy, Barbi, and Mike and Jenny Tobin. Great people and good fun evening.
Xterra trail half marathon done. Great day at Kualoa Ranch. My wife is making cheesecake and I won't get any. It is for her office. Darn!

Putting up some outside Christmas lights and had some mosquitos buzzing around. Don't remember that being an issue growing up in Michigan.
If I am reading correctlly, only Paul Hopwood made it in to Western States via lottery. Congrats to Paul.
@Willows_Hawaii No marathon for me. Trying to limit road miles to 10K's or so and spend the rest of my running miles on the trails.

Slept late. Finally heading out to run. Drymax socks and gaiters. Thinking it might be wet and muddy. Hoping Pandora is connecting today.
Just finished running what we normally bike: Norfolk, Ditch Trail, Luana. Fairly dry, overgrown and branches on trail. Tried clearing some.
Ok. Lazy morning. Time to start a run. Hope my legs are ready.
Xterra pau. Our local HI group all had a great day. Unfortunately Steve D had a mechanical and Heather had a serious medical. Off to dinner.
