Not sure if it is just a local thing or what but Twitter and FaceBook seem to be down here in Grand Junction, Colorado. Anyone else have this issue?

I had a difficult time with forgiveness. There are numerous tapes avaliable, on prayer, that may help you achieve "whatever" goal you seek. It worked for me and perhaps you will find it will for you or this may encourage you to seek other sources that do indeed ---> empower and enlightened... I wish you all the best, this day, and always... - Bonnie Kavanagh
@thinkshrink It is amazing the contacts and connections one makes on Twitterville. I heard the description of Twitter as the place to interact with people that you would like to get to know. I find that most accurate. The stream and choices are endless in the greatest scheme and example of true learning and support from individuals "in the know"....
@thinkshrink I loved the pics and links of the dogs. What beauties... it amplifies the desire I have for a pet but I must wait a bit longer. The pics and links are much appreciated. YOu have made my day, sir. BonnieRN - Bonnie Kavanagh

#Quote His Holiness The Dalai Lama: "Love and kindness are the very basis of society. If we lose these feelings, society will face tremendous difficulties; the survival of humanity will be endangered."-- His Holiness the Dalai Lama, from "The Dalai Lama, A Policy of Kindness".
#Quote HHDL: Before we can generate compassion and love, it is important to have a clear understanding of what we understand compassion and love to be. In simple terms, compassion and love can be defined as positive thoughts and feelings that give rise to such essential things in life as hope, courage, determination, and inner strength. In the Buddhist tradition, compassion and love are seen as two aspects of the same thing: Compassion is the wish for another being to be free from suffering; love is wanting them to have happiness."-- His Holiness the Dalai Lama, from "The Compassionate Life". - Bonnie Kavanagh
HHDL: "Self-discipline, although difficult, and not always easy while combating negative emotions, should be a defensive measure. At least we will be able to prevent the advent of negative conduct dominated by negative emotion. That is 'shila', or moral ethics. Once we develop this by familiarizing ourselves with it, along with mindfulness and conscientiousness, eventually that pattern... more... - Bonnie Kavanagh
HHDL: In the present circumstances, no one can afford to assume that someone else will solve their problems. Every individual has a responsibility to help guide our global family in the right direction. Good wishes are not sufficient; we must become actively engaged."-- His Holiness the Dalai Lama, from "The Path to Tranquility: Daily Wisdom".
HHDL on Confidence: "With the realization of ones own potential and self-confidence in ones ability, one can build a better world. According to my own experience, self-confidence is very important. That sort of confidence is not a blind one; it is an awareness of ones own potential. On that basis, human beings can transform themselves by...
Fwd: Friend Feed is amazing, I cannot believe how flexible it is with all the options. (via http://friendfeed.com/bonnier...)
Twitter Followers - It looks like I will top 2,000 followers this weekend. What are your thoughts? I can not believe that many people would follow me and honestly, I wonder why I am of interest to them. I could see the medical, legal, health conscious people, & my most appreciated group of rich souls who have such wonderful positive comments.......
Friend Feed is amazing, I cannot believe how flexible it is with all the options.
I'm real glad you like what you see. @Vijay is another great FriendFeeder btw (hover over his name & you can easily subscribe). Also, you can make Lists and Groups. For Lists, you can organize who you follow. So if you import your Twitter followers, you can assign them to a Twitter list. And you can always change who is in what list. - phil baumann
Oh, that is Scanman. I should go back and import my Twitter Followers than. I think I initialy chose not to. - Bonnie Kavanagh
I love how much she's lovin' FriendFeed..... Lol - Sean
lol... always been into the techie thing but this ability to control has me grinning from ear to ear... - Bonnie Kavanagh
Bonnie - If you import your Twitter followers, you should put them in a Twitter list (and keep off your home page for now - you can always add them to your home page (main feed)). That way you won't be overwhelmed by tweets. I learned the hard way. - phil baumann
That's my downfall. My friends are horribly grouped. I've tried to sift through them. But it's still a mess. LOL - Sean
Yuo two are giving me such great info, thank you. Now this conversation is available to others for help, right? & I can keep others private, right? - Bonnie Kavanagh
correct bonnie - Sean
glad you are on board friendfeed. always happy to see the base of nurses on here growing!!! - Robert D. Fraser
Fwd: I found a new avenue to post ---> Friend Feed, you must check it out. The editing capabilites are amazing with abilities to post, almost, like having your own blog page that you know your friends will view. (via http://friendfeed.com/bonnier...)

I ma learning this new tool. Hopefully, I do not sound like a commercial (or worse yet, marketier, for Friend Feed. - Bonnie Kavanagh

I need more people to follow on friend feed. - Bonnie Kavanagh
I'm so glad you like it. Keep spreading the word! - Sean
@JOSullivan Blogging is great but isolative of conversation to those who look there. It is, IMHO, not a community conversation to who is available in real time. Real time conversation is dialogue. - Bonnie Kavanagh
How do I move my list that I follow, currently, to another area and away from my home page? So I can have separate lists of conversations (that wont drive me crazy?
You can move who you follow by hovering over their name; you'll see "edit list" on the bottom left corner - from their you can re-assign to other lists. You can also re-name lists. Is that what you mean? - phil baumann
Yes, I am playing with it now. It is really cool. I did have a hard time finding how to post a response to you just now. I am.. figuring it out (it is fun). - Bonnie Kavanagh
Phil, you are one prolific writer, guy... amazing. - Bonnie Kavanagh
If you go to Settings (upper R), you'll get an option Notificaitons - Email/IM Preferences. There you can select how you want to be notified when people comment or like your items. - phil baumann
Is there a way to set the default on those I add to a specified list? - Bonnie Kavanagh
Like a global setting? Each time you subscribe, you can select which list to put her in. Do you mean like a mass re-classification of Lists? - phil baumann
