I have the same problem. I create a response folder for non-urgent "response required" items. I delete or respond to everything else immediately. I empty the response folder once a month. Napoleon did something similar, delaying mail response of his leiutenants by a week, because they would typically end up solving the problem without his input. Issues that persisted he would focus on. - Brandon
