"The whole Command-T fiasco of a plugin can be fixed by using Ctrl-P which has pretty much the same functionality yet, doesn't use or require ruby."

"I am sure that Shopify is considered a startup of sorts. However, they are making a fairly good living for themselves and they are headquartered in Canada."

"Andy I think you hit the nail right on the head. I love the idea of minimal designs however, I don't agree that this is a design. It seems more like someone got mad at Rdio, just removed all the contrast, git push, and BOOM! I don't mind the change, it is just striking, hard to find elements, and perhaps hard for new users to navigate."

"Woha, yes. Man, no idea why that trumped me so hard. I thought the socket name was the same as the session name. My bad. Thank you for the response!"

"Alan, how do you have the parameters set up after you hit C-c twice? I like this idea and I currently have one pane with vim running, and another pane (so two panes in one window(tmux)) running pry and can't figure out how to send the code from vim to pry. A little lost maybe? Thanks for any clarification on your setup"

"Fairly positive Tweetbot on iOS does not have a scheduling feature. I don't believe scheduling is really a need for the consumer Twitter user, which this app is aimed at. Businesses should be paying for web based products (like Hootsuite) for this functionality."

"So your beef is that your company won't pay for a new-er computer for all your Photoshop crunching? And you don't, maybe think that the power of the newer CPU's offset the need for all that ram that you think...but haven't experienced, will alleviate your issue? Why not purchase an iMac? Beefier processors, more RAM bays, cheaper, etc? I wish Apple allowed us to buy a "dry box" (don't advertise it but make it a "developer option") where the machine shipped with no ram OR HD. Sadly this will probably never happen."

"More of it...you do realize this kind of thinking is exactly why people are attempting to Occupy Wallgreens, or whatever. 1% of users need more than 4 gigs of RAM"

"With the "good RAM"... Aww, most people ditch and have a lot of success with OWC RAM, which was mentioned above. What exactly makes "good RAM"?"

"Optibay Intel 320 here and as long as you leave the computer on and not doing anything, Garbage Collection kicks in and everything is fine. 4 laptops with 4 different SSD's, not a one has been sent back (and all of them are 3rd party ssds)."
