Noah: that's just fearmongering now. Non-state actors are a different story. I still believe 9/11 should've been prosecuted as a criminal act rather than as an act of war, but that's history now

It's so much easier than said than done, I believe it's a noble idea; but abviously you do not know how polotics operate. Words can only go but so far my friend. Please don't get me wrong, I would love to have world peace, but unfortunately we live in a cynical world that is filled with chaos and a ever-changing enviroment that begins with polotics.

I'd be grateful if the people who think that the "keep your friends close..." quote is from Sun Tzu could tell me where in the Art of War it is. It sounds more like something from Machiavelli but I can't find it in any of his works and it definitely isn't in my translation of Sun Tzu's Art of War. Googling shows the only definite source is one of the Godfather movies

all I can say is that diplomacy seems to be working in n Korea. To attack someone before you engage them is dishonorable. After all I don't see anyone giving props to Tojo.
