are we really still suing microsoft about IE? I mean on monopoly charges and not on a crime against humanity? I feel pretty certain that if this all goes through it's going to come back and bite us in the ass.

What's the importance of Europe, and what can be said of its countries, if it is afraid of one corporation? If there's ass to be biten it surely has to be Microsoft's, not Europe.
