It's trippy to be reading a book on the Kindle phone app, get home and turn on my Kindle, and be precisely where I left off.
@krisis I have not only heard of The Long Winters, but I have in fact also seen them live. Probably like 8 years ago, no less. ;-)
In 3 days I've already finished my first book on the Kindle, scratched the screen (thanks Aer Lingus), and ++like it vs. a paper book.
My A9 curse: my two attempts at playing it tonight hurt me badly, and two of my last three all ins went down to A9s.

Just got back from a club in a 1950s bomb shelter in Prague; rad.
Had Thanksgiving lunch at a cafe owned by an SF expat chef; admittedly a day late, but still yay!
So these apparently new Aer Lingus seats are extremely uncomfortable.
I keep having moments of jealousy that Rick is in Japan, but then I remember it only takes me 2.5 hours to get to Prague from Dublin.
Hasn't even packed for Prague yet.
It has not been a good day for my dear yellow umbrella.
What an awesome day for the shuttle to not show up between seven minutes early and ten minutes late.
