That is great...but there have been a lot of small, portable solutions for video way before this version of the iPhone. It's kinda strange to see this enthusiasm for something we have been able to do for a while.

Kreg, you get that but the world doesn't and that's what will be different over the next 24 months. Regular people will start using online video shot on a 3GS just like regular people are using twitter today when very few of us were three years ago.
