@MiaCucina just Minneapolis. Got a room at a Sheraton. Going out to eat. Nothing real bigtime. Although did get a 5 star rest just 4 u. LOL!

Just dropped the bomb on wife that I am sweeping her away for next 24 hrs. She is happy, yet still doesn't believe me. Total surprise. LOL!

@GinaParris I should write a book on how to pull off an amazing 24hr getaway for less than $100 (at a 4 star hotel & 5 star restaurant) LOL!

Wife just got done making 8 pumpkin pies for 8 less-fortunate families we are providing Thanksgiving meals for. They look great!

Within 12 hours I will be waking my wife up and telling her to pack up to go on 24 hour getaway to celebrate our anniversary. Will be great!

My wife is going to kill me. She sent me to the store to buy ingredients for 2 pumpkin pies.....and I came home with 2 already made pumpkin pies. 2/$5 beats sitting in the kitchen making them and spending more on ingredients than $5. She should just be thankful that she has such a smart and caring husband. LOL!
