Perhaps someone get permission from Ed to have equal admin status so that you can pull in some feeds - twitter search feeds & google news feeds etc on keywords to do with selling websites. Just a thought... anyway, have fun - I haven't got a site I want to sell yet ;)

The download is not free anymore. Since I was at Chapters last week I got to read part of the book. There is nothing new for 2009 in regards to finances, except everything is harder.

How do you find out just how much your site is worth?
I "think" it should be ten times the monthly income of the website. However, I am sure you may get more $ than that.

The worth of your site should be associated to the value of the site. Feel justified to sell a web site 50 times the monthly income you make if you can prove the potential and the value of your site. The 10 times the monthly income solution is a good deal from the buyers prospective so you should try to pay around that when you buy if you can. (Don't be afraid to pay a little more if its worth it for you to have the site).

Flipped my first site. It was one of my first, never did make money, but it got itself a PR2. Sold it for $125. Not bad for a site I had about to expire.

Anyone familiar with Site Point? Is it a good source? I've only looked briefly at it.
Sitepoint is a good source, the best thing however is to either buy a site or sell a site.

can anyone recommend a site like PRTAG where I can get a listing of page rank for the individual websites? I can not get this to work on the PRTAG site so I have no idea which website to further research.
