I hate the font they use, but like the layout. Damn easy to change though, I recommend Helvetica, Arial, Sans-Serif; For those interested in tweaks via Stylish, go to manage styles, then edit Cleaner FriendFeed - Duncan Riley

FriendFeed should just make all these changes to their CSS and make it the default. It really improves the overall readability. - Winston Teo
