I found it interesting their latest response was only after TechCrunch blasted the world with their embrassment. They had gone silent since May 14th on the issue and it continued pretty much every day.

I believe that their silence was admission to dropping the ball in a major way.

My perception is that they're getting better. Instead of waiting days to say things, now they're talking within hours. Hey, it's an improvement.
