It is my belief that it was only a small part of a much bigger outcry. The difference was it was organized and the discussion threads are somewhat centralized on FriendFeed. - Bwana ☠

I've seen quite a few comments in the last 48 hours indicating that the folks who came over to use FF liked it a lot - some better, some may even switch. If that does not motivate Twitdev then they should lose followers. - jcunwired

Yep. That covers it. KIDDING. I think what the Twit-Out did to spark discussion is great. It spurred a lot of great ideas and we all together were able to get Twitter's attention. So that's a good thing. :) - Jennifer Leggio
