it spun off the Publishers Association report that OA, even with a 6 month embargo, will decrease journal subscriptions, impacting publisher revenues, which would impact output, ultimately impacting scholarship. superspeculative report which led to folks questioning why libraries discontinue subscriptions, leading to talk about print vs e.
