Home, sick, :( Huge to do list at work, but hard to concentrate and don't want to spread germs. Bleh.

Sad my family left for their homes early this morning. It was really nice having them at my house. I'm very grateful for the time together.
Good day yesterday - windshield tour of place in Marin where we lived 25 years ago, Golden Gate Bridge, & Dickens Fair with the family.

NBC coverage of the parade is crap. No actual parade just celebrities. Have switched to CBS. At least we have mimosas. :).

Finished the day w/a visit to Google. Home now to rest up before making cassoulet tomorrow for our big Thanksgiving feast. No turkey for us!

Woke up at 5:15am to take C to airport. Came home and prepped my duck confit, in the oven now. Should be done & cooled before we go to SF.

WTF?!? C's brand new car was rear-ended on the way home from being lo-jacked. No one hurt thank goodness but bumper is badly messed up. :(.

Test drive of the Honda Insight went well, strong contender, & gentlemen @ San Leandro Honda treated us right.
