"Ah yes, I see… You've found a flaw in TwerpScan — the following/followers count is only updated when you sign in using Twitter. So if you stay signed in, and your counts change outside of TwerpScan, the app won't know. To fix it, just sign out of TwerpScan and in again, so the new numbers are fetched.
