又开始苦闷了

My client said: " I will be in by 9:30." I thought she will be at the office until 9:30. So I called her twice early in the morning. Then I realized she came to work from 9:30. The preposition is difficult!

Has been living in Fredericton for one year. Still confusing some store here from those in Toronto. No vegetables in Walmart? No shiseido in Sears? No Apple store at regent mall?
