"The DLC industry isn't mature enough to take on the GTA mainstream audience. Many people aren't even used to the DLC idea yet. That's why its not reaching the sales potential of the DLC's."

@fourzerotwo - I hope you know there are STILL lagswitching in MW2. No, its not one of those "freeze, kill" stuff, its speed advantage
"I have the same thoughts and sentiment. I've been a fan of TMNT since I was a kid. I loved my turtles, but Nickeloden has been a mediocre network TV for years. I stopped watching Nick loooong time ago. Paramount, on the other hand is known for great films. But i really don't like where this is going because Nick will drastically change the series in a way that we fans aren't familiar with. And the worst part is, they don't know the original story, so therefore, TMNT is in the wrong hands. And for 60 million!? GIVE ME A BREAK! Thats a steal right there for them, and not much of a profit for the previous owner, so I agree with whoever said Nick ripped them off. TMNT is worth more than 60 million. MORE."

"I'd take a DS3, regular Xbox 360 controller, and/or classic wii controller over any of the motion controls any day for this type of game. Which is essentially what they're aming for: Simplicity, modern, and accessible."

"Ballistic, I bring to you. God of War. Sony took a risk with creating a new franchise. Sony did it again by creating Ico, Shadow of Collossus. They couldn't take risks during the "PLAYSTATION 3" (the spiderman font version) phase - and every business have to be careful during the recession. It doesn't take a rocket science to know that. Oh, I forgot, I guess XBL Vision and its games weren't a risk, right? OOooo, and PSEye? Its games? The upcoming Natal and un-named motion controls? How about those? Those are risky moves."

"*sticks out a middle finger* Right back atcha. I don't need your lecture. Sure! There are creditors, banks, silent investers - but those aren't someone else's money. What he's refering to, is borrrowing from another business man's pockets. Shareholders, and Investors are people, I do realize that, but its not the same thing as saying "someone else's money." They are investing money into Sony because they own parts of the company - seeing to that they create success. Shareholders go like "hmm. PS2 sold millions and millions of units world wide, it would be stupid not to invest in PS3." And, they were right. Right now, the rebranding of PS3 yielded more cash for sony, so now they CAN pay those creditors, banks, and investors back."

"Um. That's banks. Not someone else's money. They still have to pay it back. Or face bankrupty court. Its essentially what Midway went through."
- CarlosX360
"Actually, they do have a foothold in the mainstream audience - IF YOU DO THINK ABOUT IT. Why did PS2 sell so well? I'll answer that question for you so that you get the message: Sony has the casual market whether you like it or not. And just because they don't have money doesn't mean they borrowed money off someone else - a corporation is owned by its shareholders, so its them INVESTING the money into the company. Kombo is owned by a corporation, so this website wouldn't exist without its shareholders. So stop spouting things you have no idea what you're talking about."

"Sometimes things happen. Each gamecrazy store is only embedded into most hollywood video store, so they're not really losing money on each store, just losing more money on the sales of each game or rental. What they needed to do is start adding something like a rewards program where they call the cards "GameCrazy Rewards" these rewards include renting games for a month, but if you're not using the card or cards, you can add them into your purchase of a game. This will shoot up profits. The thing is, GameCrazy doesn't really have a "brand" or even brand awareness. And they needed to rebrand GameCrazy into a brand new logo, the logo they have now doesn't "fit" its image, and the fact that they're not offering something different from blockbuster's integration of its movies and games business. But see, that's the thing, the integration between hollywood video and gamecrazy isn't "there." Its just not, its like gamecrazy is competing with its parent company, which is a little....wierd...."

"I would love to see a new Gauntlet sequel. I missed Gauntlet Legends for Arcades, N64, PSX - I wish I had the money to buy the Dreamcast version since it was the most definitive version of the game yet. Too bad I didn't have the money for the system or games. I loved the arcade version, and I bought the N64 version because it was perfect for multiplayer. I didn't like Seven Sorrows, at all. I did, however kinda liked Dark Legacy. Once again, I didn't have money to purchase either versions. Goodbye, Midway. Thanks for the memories. Starting with Mortal Kombat."
