I have been approached several times by InfoPrint (an IBM company) regarding their Transpromo offering. Basically, they are offering ways to use our existing statements and Loyalty statements and incorporating relevant analytically driven messages, as well as removing the inserts to onserts (on the statement). I downloaded the membership list from PANO but this is a membership organization, thus some non-profits in the area could be missed. I contacted the IRS and tax ID's cannot be used to identify non-profits. DUNS numbers don't have any a 'non-profit identifier' and SIC code is specific to industry and can't really be used.
