Gruber's incessant harping on the attacks on wordpress is really getting tiresome. This attack only effected people who didn't upgrade. Since 2.7 wordpress has made it one-click easy to upgrade and upgrades happen in seconds. Note all my blogs were up-to-date when this attack rolled out and I had no problems. When Wordpress rolls out an upgrade and it says "security fix" and you don't upgrade that's your own damn fault not a fault of Wordpress. As to the notable blogs—especially Scoble—they should have known better. - CatCubed
