HTML5 Banner Ad on the New York Times web site is an iPad Game -

Banner advertising is boring, and since iPad doesn't support flash, it is very difficult to create interactive advertising that can be visible from the iPad. The Digital Marketing Agency Glow Interactive created a very good example of using new technologies for advertising, with a banner ad that is visible with the iPad on the New York Times web site. With this ad, the user can drag a screen on the page, revealing keywords which lead to new videos and content. With this kind of banners, users can forget they're viewing an ad, and will be concentrated in searching for new keywords, unlocking new content, like if it was a game and not just an ad. -
