Kyle the way to use the tool is through group peer pressure and intimidation. "mom and pop businesses" just don't know who to do that well. so I guess we agree Kyle. Nice article, Chris. These are all great ideas to help promote the use of social media throughout business. I think the most important barrier to adoption is the fact that Twitter is a major distraction...IF you allow it to be.
