i love that i can add friendfeed's search function to my search bar on firefox. don't even have to be on ff to look something up

Niki, just right-click in the FriendFeed search bar and choose the option about adding a search keyword (or something like that; I don't have Firefox installed so I can't be precise).

akiva is correct. right click and select "add to search bar"
