If a commercial saying something is "part of a nutritious breakfast" is enough to win a $3.5 million lawsuit, you guys can line up behind me while I sue General Mills over the fact that Lucky Charms didn't make me any skinnier.

I've always interpreted "part of a nutritious breakfast" to mean the part of a nutritious breakfast that isn't actually nutritious.
